A conservator applies the finishing touches to a wall painting. To preserve the image of the queen, the team reattached plaster to the limestone walls of the tomb, applied an acrylic solution to bond paint to the wall, removed salt from the plaster and the limestone, and cleaned the wall painting with a solvent.
