Nefertari, queen
of Ramses II, was recognized by many official titles: the Mistress of
Upper and Lower Egypt, the Lady of Two Lands, and God's wife. This and
other wall paintings reflect the stature of a 19th dynasty queen who reigned
during the peak of imperial power.
