Pajaro Valley Transportation Management Association needed it's first website to be simple and easy to read.
They had several programs that they wanted to feature, and a handful of links to other site to inform the public.
They wanted a site that was bright, colorful and easy to read. The logo, which had been just black on white, was given a yellow lift to make it stand out brightly on the purple background.
